I need a higher level of accessibility for the PDFs I've received from Interlibrary Loan. What should I do?

While all PDFs provided through Interlibrary Loan and the Article DELivery Service are OCR-enabled, we understand that does not meet the level of accessibility required by all users. If you need a fully remediated PDF, please contact the Office of Disability Support Services (DSS) at dssoffice@udel.edu or 302-831-4643. They can assist with PDF remediation, as well as provide resources on reducing eye strain, using text-to-speech tools, and more.
