Ask the Library: Interlibrary Loan

The ILL system looks at the username used to log in via the UD Central Authentication System (CAS) during that session, and no additional information. Logging in sometimes with your EMPLID number and at other times with your UDelNet ID essentially creates two different accounts, one for each username.  If you request a PDF while logged in with your EMPLID, you must log in again with your EMPLID to view it: logging in with your UDelNet ID will not provide access to your "other" account.
