Ask the Library: Film and Video Collection

Instructors are encouraged to use the Film & Video Media Scheduling Request Form to book a Film & Video Collection item 7 days or more in advance of the show date.  This ensures that the item will not be checked out by another user on or near your intended use date.

For Film & Video items that are needed within 7 days, you may click Request in the item's DELCAT record.  You will receive an email the following business day letting you know that your items are ready for you to pick up from the Help Desk on the first floor of Morris Library.  You may also visit the Student Multimedia Design Center service desk during open hours for same-day checkout.
