Can I put a DVD on hold or recall it?
The DVD I want to borrow is checked out. Can I put a hold on it or recall it from the current borrower?

Film & Video does not have a hold or recall system due to the short loan periods for Film & Video Collection materials (as compared to books). Film & Video materials may be scheduled ahead of time for class use, but this must be done at least 7 days in advance of the requested show date, and cannot be done for items that are currently checked out and due within 7 days of the needed date. Sometimes materials are returned early; feel free to keep an eye on the item's record in DELCAT in case this happens.
