How do I get assistance with something in the ERC?

Answer

The signage at the service desk, above the book drop outside the front door, and in the curriculum room points to the ERC website and AskHelp Center as the first place to check if you have questions.

I cannot find a book I am looking for…

If DELCAT shows that the book should be there, AskHelp Center can give tips on where to look. If the book is still not there, please fill out a Missing Book Form. Staff will then check for the book and contact you if found; otherwise, a note will go in the catalog that the item is missing and you will be able to submit an interlibrary loan (ILL) request for the item. If a new copy is needed for replacement, please contact Maria Barefoot.

What if I want to bring my class to the ERC for a tour?

We currently cannot offer tours of the ERC, but are working to create a video tour that can be used.

What if I want someone to talk to my class about resources for Education?

Please reach out to the subject liaison in this area: Maria Barefoot.

I was in the ERC and it was a mess/there were light bulbs out…

Please call 302-831-1141 to put in facilities requests, including custodial requests. If it is a mess because of books being unshelved on a certain day, AskHelp Center can help.
