What if the door to the ERC is found to be locked?

We suggest starting with AskHelp Center to let them know so that they can get it unlocked. If you see a custodian, they and UDPD also know that it should be an unlocked space (including Rm. 018 –the SMARTboard room). Hopefully this is just a transition time thing.
